Group Therapy.

Group therapy provides an opportunity to engage in meaningful exchanges; sharing stories, collaborating in discussions and exercises, where participants can explore various strategies and healing practices that offer understanding and validation. Participants can discover common themes of struggle and resilience, creating an atmosphere where healing is nurtured through collective support. This collaborative approach promotes healing through connection, fosters a sense of belonging, encourages personal growth, accountability, and empowerment, making it an effective complement to individual therapy.

Therapy Groups

  • Connections Group- Adoptees

This process group is thoughtfully designed to address the core experiences of adoptees that often leave us feeling different, isolated, or disconnected from others. By participating in this group, we have the opportunity to be in community with individuals who share similar life experiences and understand the unique challenges we may face. This shared space can foster connection, understanding, and support as we navigate our journeys together.

  • Dissociative Coping Group

This group is specifically designed for individuals who are living with dissociative identities. It aims to facilitate an exploration of their unique systems, promoting improved coconscious communication among members. Additionally, the group addresses the challenges of navigating and interacting with the external world, fostering a supportive environment for growth and understanding.

  • Neurodiversity Affirmations Group

A group specially designed for the neurodivergent minds of teens. A group to celebrate the differences and manage in a world that wasn’t designed with differences in mind.

  • Parenting Workshop

You may have raised children before without issues, but parenting this child is a struggle. Or, perhaps, this is your first child, you might wish there was a guide. This group is for parents to share ideas focused on wellness for all.

  • Lego Club

For children who need to come together to learn and grow- where therapy feels much more like play group than work.
